I add 1 and a half cups of sprouted seed mix in to the strainer. I wash the seeds very well, with cold water. I add a16oz of bottled water to the Mason jar and 2 ml of vinegar and put my washed seeds in the Mason jar. After 10-12 hours soaking I dump the seeds in the strainer again and I wash them in cold water very well. Then I spoon the seeds out in to the sprouting tower spreading them evenly on each tower tray. I then put 1 ml of vinegar in to a bottle of water 16.9 Oz and I pour it over the sprouts and let the water drain in to the bottom of the tower. You need to dump the water out of the bottom tray once it has all drained. You will do this process 3-4 times in a day. You should stop the sprouting process when there are 1-3 mm tails on the seeds.
